The short answer

Measure your bust, waist, hip and inseam. Choose tops by bust and pants by hip. Every pant comes in Petite 27″, Regular 30″ and Tall 33″, and US exchanges on sizing are free.

Start here

Four measurements. That's it.

Measure over underwear or light clothing, keep the tape level and snug — not tight. Write the numbers down in inches or centimetres; the charts below show both.

  1. Bust

Around the fullest part, tape under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep your arms down.

  2. Waist

At your natural waistline — the narrowest part, usually just above the navel. Leave one finger of ease.

  3. Hip

Around the fullest part of your hips, feet together. This is the measurement that matters most for pants.

  4. Inseam

From the crotch seam to the floor, or measure a pair of pants that fits you well and compare.

Use a mirror — or a friend. The tape should stay parallel to the floor. If you are measuring alone, check the back in a mirror.

Tops & dresses

Tops, in inches and centimetres.

Body measurements, not garment measurements. If your bust and hip fall in different sizes, choose a top by your bust.

  • Ease, built in. Tops have about one inch of ease at the bust so you can reach, lift and layer.
  • Unisex styles are cut straighter and run roughly one size larger. If you usually wear a women's M, choose S.
  • Length is measured from the high point of the shoulder to the hem.

Pants & joggers

Bottoms, cut for movement.

Choose pants by your hip measurement. The waistband is elastic with an internal drawcord, so the range below is a body measurement, not a fixed band.

  • Joggers have a cuffed hem and a slightly higher rise. If you are between inseams in a jogger, choose Regular.
  • Straight-leg pants are cut to break just above the shoe in Regular length.
  • Rise is measured from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband.

Length

One waist, three lengths.

Every pant comes in Petite, Regular and Tall. The waist and hip measurements are identical — only the leg and rise change.

Petite 27″

69 cm. Cuffed joggers hit just above the ankle; straight legs break at the shoe.

Regular 30″

76 cm. Our standard length, designed to break just above the shoe.

Tall 33″

84 cm. Adds one inch to the rise so the waist stays where it should.

Between lengths? Choose the longer option — a tailor can shorten a hem, but cannot add one.

Three fits

Same size, different feel.

The size chart does not change between fits. What changes is how much room you get through the leg, hip and rise.

Classic

Mid rise, straight leg, tailored through the hip. The closest thing to a traditional scrub — with a cleaner line.

Relaxed

A higher rise and an easy leg, cut for layering and long days. Joggers live here.

Sculpt

Four-way stretch, closer through the thigh, tapered ankle. Moves with you without feeling tight.

The in-between

Between two sizes?

There is no single right answer — it depends on how you like scrubs to feel. Three rules of thumb:

  • For a closer fit, size down. The four-way stretch does the rest.
  • For all-day ease or layering, size up — especially in the Relaxed fit.
  • Different top and bottom? Choose tops by bust and pants by hip. Most people wear one size in each.
