How quickly will I hear back?
Most messages are answered within one business day, and often much sooner. If your enquiry is about an order already on its way, include the order number so we can look it up straight away.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us within an hour of ordering and we will try to catch it before it is packed. Once it has dispatched, the quickest route is a return or exchange — we will send a prepaid label.
What is your return policy?
Thirty days from delivery, unworn and with tags. Start a return by emailing your order number to hello@aichano.com. US exchanges are free. Read the full returns policy.
How do I find my size?
Measure your bust, waist and hip, then compare with the charts in our size and fit guide. Between sizes? Choose down for a closer fit, up for all-day ease.
Do you offer team or clinic orders?
Yes, from ten sets. Email your team size, colours and deadline to hello@aichano.com and we will send a quote, an embroidery proof and a fit kit you can borrow. See team orders.
